It is now possible for execution creditors and debtors to consult online the enforcement proceedings to which they are parties and which are processed by a designated enforcement agent who is not a judicial officer, pursuant to Ministerial Order 170/2017 of 25 May.

The only exceptions are those enforcement proceedings instituted before 31 March 2009 which are pending or which were closed less than six months, ago and are not yet archived, which it is only possible to consult as from 1 March this year.

To do so, simply go to https://processoexecutivo.justica.gov.pt, effect prior authentication by digital certificate of the citizen’s card or digital mobile password, then follow the instructions on the website.
